The Shapiro administration has announced renovations are coming to the Gifford Pinchot State Park campgrounds.
The $8 million investment will update the campground shower house and restroom facilities “with modern, accessible, and family-friendly amenities,” according to the press release.
The updates will require a closure of the campgrounds for over a year, starting on Sept. 8, 2026.
