SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - Expect dense fog in some areas of the ArkLaTex this morning before we clear out after sunrise. We will have unseasonably warm weather through Saturday, before Winter, yes Winter, makes an appearance for a few days.

Thursday: Temperatures will be in the low 50s at sunrise with patchy to dense fog throughout the I-49 and I-20 corridors. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for all areas along and south of I-20 until 9 a.m.

We will break through the fog a few hours after sunrise with mostly sunny skies awaiting this afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 70s and low 80s, about 10 to 15 degrees above-average.

Friday: We will wrap up the work week with partly cloudy and warm weather, with highs settling into the low to mid 80s. High School football games will be dry
