The University of Denver is putting a 1.73-acre development site in its own backyard up for grabs.
Listed at $11 million, the 75,400-square-foot infill site at 1958 S. Josephine St. in University Park features three vacant buildings , and is being marketed by JLL Capital Markets.
The property offers development potential of up to five stories and 65 feet, or up to seven stories and 90 feet for multifamily use by complying with Denver’s enhanced affordability incentives.
“This transaction represents a prime opportunity for developers to create distinctive residential housing in one of Denver’s most established university neighborhoods,” JLL Capital Markets Director Chris Musselman said.
