The ex-Duke of York has been stripped of his titles, given an eviction notice and, now, Canada have landed the latest blow – wanting to remove his name from the country’s streets, places and an island.

Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s relationship with convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, has put pressure on the royal family for years, and they finally did something about it.

He is no longer known as ‘Prince Andrew’ or the ‘Duke of York’, making him a commoner, but he is still eighth in line for the throne.

Mr Windsor still rigorously denies the allegations made against him by the late Virginia Giuffre, who said he sexually assaulted her three times after being trafficked by Epstein. Now, Canadian politicians do not want the disgraced royal’s name on the streets of their country.
