The Alabama Farmers Federation announced Wednesday its endorsements of Rep. Reed Ingram for Alabama House District 75, which encompasses portions of Elmore and Montgomery counties, and of Rep. Jim Carns for Alabama House District 48, which covers portions of Jefferson and Shelby counties.

“Rep. Ingram is a hard-working conservative businessman and farmer who understands and can relate to our needs,” said Richard Edgar, president of the Elmore County Farmers Federation. “That is why we are proud to support him.”

Montgomery County Farmers Federation President Kathy Gordon praised Ingram’s record as an incumbent.
