Samsung does not appear to be sure of the initial reception that its upcoming triple folding smartphone, dubbed the Galaxy Z TriFold, would be able to garner, and is stepping cautiously into the smartphone's launch cadence as a result.

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold only manufactured in "negligible" quantities

The South Korean publication, The Elec, is now out with a hard-hitting report on the Galaxy Z TriFold's upcoming launch cadence, noting that Samsung has only manufactured components that are sufficient for an initial production volume of just 20,000 to 30,000 units , constituting an uptick from the 10,000 units that Samsung planned to manufacture initially, as per the information it shared with its suppliers back in July.

Since then, however, Samsung has had no meaningful conversation
