A Florida woman is behind bars after police said she threatened to kill a supermarket clerk with a nail clipper.
Katricia Humphrey, 47, was arrested on Tuesday after she allegedly tried to rob a Sedano's supermarket in Sweetwater. During the alleged robbery , police said, Humphrey "armed herself with a nail clipper" and told the 70-year-old store clerk, "You will die." According to a criminal complaint reviewed by Law&Crime, the alleged altercation started when Humphrey tried to get a box of cigarettes that she said she would pay for later.
