PETOSKEY — Entering the 2025 volleyball season, it was a bit unknown what the Petoskey senior class would deliver on the court.

While Katie Parker and Sarah Simonis contributed regularly as underclassmen, this was mainly just a group of great athletes.

Emma Mitas, who also saw action around the court as a junior, was better known for her all-state performances as a sprinter on the track. Sarah Bailey made a name for herself on the track with a pole vault school record. Leah Sulitis owns the best discus throw of more than the last decade at Petoskey and has stood out in basketball, while Alexis Cadarette claims multiple softball records in the spring.
