Mumbai: Telemedicine platform MedySeva has secured Rs 4 crore funding from Unicorn India Ventures in a seed round.
Over the next 18 months the health tech startup aims to reach 2 lakh annual consultations and launch over 500 physical healthcare centers.
The raised capital will be deployed to expand clinics across tier 2 and 3 cities, drive marketing campaigns for awareness, and enhance patient outreach and engagement program, the company said in a release.
Presently, the telemedicine platform claims to have delivered over 1 lakh consultations in rural and semi-urban areas and has a patient repeat ratio of 60 per cent.
MedySeva has partnered with medical colleges to open satellite clinics for patient servicing and has onboarded doctors from in over 10 medical specialties.
