REIDLAND, Ky. (WSIL) -- Deputies recently responded to a disturbance involving a firearm at a residence in the Fisher Road area of Reidland. They found a man and a woman who had been in a verbal argument.

The sheriff's office investigated and reported the female victim had previously been assaulted by the suspect, 21-year-old Brian Liverman of Paducah. Authorities also said Liverman had a verbal argument with a male victim, and was accused of threatening the man with an AR pistol type rifle.

Liverman was then taken into custody. The sheriff's office said they also seized multiple firearms and drug paraphernalia. He was then taken to the McCracken County Jail.
