ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque businessman is facing 12 counts of felony tax evasion, the Taxation and Revenue Department announced Wednesday.

Dennis Pyle, 52, was indicted by a state grand jury on Oct. 17 for tax fraud related to his business, Earthtech Landscaping. He could face up to 37-and-a-half years imprisonment and $90,000 in fines as a result.
