SPENCER COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A cash reward has been offered for information after a dog was tied to a pole and fatally shot in Spencer County.

As we reported, the Spencer County Sheriff's Office asked the public for help in their search for a suspect after they discovered a red Doberman Pinscher dead and tied to an underground pipeline indicator pole.
