CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) - One of the defendants in a 2024 Harrison County murder and kidnapping case has received her sentence.
At a hearing Thursday, Harrison County Circuit Judge Andy McMunn accepted Jennifer Kirk's guilty pleas related to the death of Dallion Lewis in February 2024.
Kirk, 49, was one of five people charged in the incident where Lewis was kidnapped from his home and then shot to death on Jack Run Road.
Kirk reached a plea deal with prosecutors who dropped the murder charge against her in exchange for guilty pleas to attempted kidnapping, conspiracy to kidnap, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of fentanyl charges.
McMunn sentenced Kirk to three to 15 years for the attempted kidnapping, one to five years for conspiracy, 10 years on the fire
