DAVISON COUNTY, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Eight men and one woman have been indicted in a cocaine distribution network in Davison County, Attorney General Marty Jackley announced.
The suspects were indicted by a Davison County Grand Jury on Wednesday, Oct. 29, with a total of 36 felonious charges, all involving cocaine.
The nine suspects indicted and the charges they face are:
Milton Velasques-Barrera , 35, of Mitchell
6 counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
6 counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance
2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance
1 count of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance
Brian Medrano-Eudales , 32, of Mitchell
1 count each of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Distribution of a Controlled Sub
