WINNEMUCCA, Nev. (KOLO) - The Winnemucca Police Department have arrested a man on a felony animal cruelty charge.

The arrest of 27-year-old Harden Lewis was announced on Wednesday.

Police say the puppy at the center of the case sustained multiple rib fractures, some recent and others being several weeks old.
