MANHATTAN — A Kansas State defensive back commit out of Georgia has flipped his commitment to a different school in the Big 12.

Hannibal Carter Navies , a safety from Grayson (Georgia), shared on social media on Wednesday, Nov. 6, that he has committed to Arizona.

Navies initially committed to the Wildcats over the summer . He visited Manhattan for K-State's home game against North Dakota in late August and had since shared that he had been offered by Arizona and Colorado.

Navies is listed as a three-star prospect and the No. 91 safety in the 2026 class. He's listed at 6-foot-2, 195 pounds.

Kansas State has two other defensive backs still committed, including Nick McClellan (Christian Brothers, Missouri) and Garrick Dixon (Fort Zumwalt, Missouri).
