A US congressional committee investigating Jeffrey Epstein's criminal network has formally asked Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to provide evidence.
The former Duke of York has been asked to take part in a transcribed interview as part of the panel's ongoing inquiry.
The written request was made by Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.

The Mirror reports that the letter, which was co-signed by 13 other Democrats, said the committee was seeking to "understand the full extent of [Epstein's] criminal operations."
The letter requests a response by Thursday, November 20.
