CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Another man convicted in the 1975 murder of Bedford Heights Police Detective William Prochazka was granted parole Thursday.

Michael Manns, George Clayton, Dwain Farrow, and Duran Harris were all convicted and sentenced to death; however, in 1978 the death penalty was overturned and they received life sentences.

Members of the Ohio Parole Board ruled on Thursday that Farrow can be released. It was an 8-1 vote.

Farrow will be released on or after Jan. 6, 2026 with a condition of five years supervision.

Earlier this year, the board paroled Clayton. He was released a month later on Oct. 14.

These are devastating blows to the family of Detective Prochazka, who have been fighting for decades to keep his killers behind bars.
