The National Transportation Safety Board descended on Louisville Nov. 5, less than 24 hours after a UPS cargo plane crashed near the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport , killing at least 12 people and injuring others.
The crash, which occurred around 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 4, is now at the center of an investigation led by the NTSB.
