WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Prince William County police arrested three men in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Jasiya Ahmar Vaughn on Oct. 2 near the Alamo Drafthouse in Woodbridge. The shooting also injured an 18-year-old who was not identified.
On Nov. 5, police arrested Shawki Saah Fofanah, 23, of Dumfires, who who was arrested in Surprise, Arizona. He was charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of malicious wounding, and two counts of use of firearm in commission of a felony.
George Kwasi Attakora, 22, of Stafford, was charged with one count of principal in the second degree. They also arrested Musa Abraham Sesay, 25, of Dumfries, who was charged with one count of accessory before the fact.
A court case is currently pending and all three suspects are in custody.
