Portion of Route 302 closed in northern New Hampshire because of serious crash

CARROLL, N.H. —

Route 302 at Crawford Notch is closed because of a serious crash.

Carroll police said the road will likely stay closed for several hours.

Anyone headed through that area should look for an alternate route, officials said.

The extent of injuries, if any, was not immediately known.
