GREENVILLE, Ky. (WFIE) - Kentucky State Police officials are investigating a child abuse case involving a 7-mont-old in Greenville.
According to a press release, Child Protective Services contacted KSP Post 2 on September 6 to report that a 7-month-old child was being treated for multiple serious physical injuries.
Officials say an investigation showed that 23-year-old Tristan Bolton was responsible for the injuries.
KSP officers obtained a warrant for Bolton with the charges of Criminal Abuse. He was arrested and charged in accordance with the warrant and later booked into the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
On October 24, the Muhlenberg County Grand Jury indicted Tristan Bolton on 1 count of Criminal Abuse 1st Degree.
