Makes maiden appearance in Nagrota
Jammu, Nov 6: Asserting that results of bye-polls in Nagrota and Budgam assembly constituencies won’t have any impact on the government’s stability in J&K, Chief Minister Omar Adullah on Thursday called on the people to actively participate in the democratic process.
Making his maiden appearance in Nagrota to campaign for the National Conference candidate, the Chief Minister said, “The election would have no effect on the present dispensation. This election is not aimed at choosing the government. It is already there and will remain there even after the polls are over.” He said that the people would get a chance to elect their representative either from the government to serve the people here or the other, who would serve them from outside the governmen
