(KRON) -- Police in the North Bay are requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing at-risk elderly woman last seen Wednesday night in Santa Rosa.

Sally Lucas, 76, was reported missing Thursday morning after she was last seen Wednesday at approximately 10 p.m. She reportedly walked away from the Extended Stay hotel, located at 100 Fountaingrove Parkway, while wearing a pink long-sleeved shirt, khaki pants and gray shoes.

Lucas is described by authorities as 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 90 pounds. She has blue eyes and thinning gray hair.

Authorities said “Lucas is considered at-risk due to medical conditions that require treatment and observation.”
