Few series have the intense love and adoration of fans across the world like One Piece . Eiichiro Oda's pirate adventure series keeps fans hooked with its unique take on the classic shonen battle formula. Unfortunately, the series' unique nature can make it difficult for fans to find a replacement once they're caught up.

While series like Black Clover , Fairy Tail , and My Hero Academia all have similarities to One Piece what they fail to capture is the revolutionary spirit at the heart of Oda's masterpiece. While most Shonen series feature protagonists who largely want to defend the status quo, One Piece is about revolution and dismantling systems of oppression.

Only one other recent shonen action series carries that same spirit, and it isn't based on a Shonen Jump man
