The “Fiddling with Fulgurating Fulminations” mission in The Outer Worlds 2 is available in Praetor. Because the region is constantly stricken by lightning, some lightning rod towers were built by the Order to prevent accidents. These towers need calibration, and you’re just the agent the Order scientists need to help them with this task.
