A notorious rapist who committed attacks over a period of decades has pleaded guilty to sexually touching a schoolgirl in a chemist.
Dubbed the "North Shore Rapist", Graham James Kay violently raped several women in Sydney's north during the 1990s.
Kay was released on parole for those crimes in 2015, but has been in and out of prison ever since, including for stalking and assaulting a woman in Sydney's city centre in 2022.
The now-74-year-old pleaded guilty on Thursday to his latest crime: sexually touching a 16-year-old girl in central Sydney.
Kay approached the girl in a Chemist Warehouse in February and put his hand under her school uniform skirt, pinching her genitalia on the outside of her shorts.
"Don't f***ing touch me," the girl shouted at Kay, according to a statement of fact
