In a post shared to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Nov. 5, the musician, 57, opened up about the death of Tika the Iggy , an Italian Greyhound who grew popular online for posing in a slew of adorably fashionable doggy outfits — including some that paid tribute to Dion.
