Ragged Mountain in Danbury, New Hampshire has been sold to a new ownership group made up of local investors with ties to the mountain.

Ragged was previously owned by Pacific Resorts Group, a portfolio company which owns several ski mountains, including Jay Peak in Vermont. The company listed the mountain for sale in the spring. An asking price was not listed.
