Details: The Olympics and Paralympics will take over Los Angeles in the summer of 2028, and there will be many opportunities to get involved by volunteering before and during the Games. Today's announcement kicks off the Olympics volunteer program by asking people to sign up.

How does registration work? If you register, you can express interest in volunteering before the Games, during the Games, or both. Then, you'll be notified when volunteer opportunities are available and get the chance to sign up. Registering doesn't mean you'll definitely get a volunteer spot.
