We’re back, baby.
Ride-share giant Uber Canada has published its so-called Nightlife Index for 2025, ranking the top cities for partying in the country, and London has regained top spot after being dethroned by Toronto last year.
The rankings are based on Uber’s data relating to rides between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., from September 2024 to 2025, adjusted to population. London previously earned the title of No. 1 party city in Canada in 2023 and 2022, when the figures were first published.
“People love looking at [the rankings] and seeing, for example, that London is always No. 1. And that’s probably not surprising, because Western University is there, and people always remark on how Ottawa is never on this list, because they’re seen as the least fun city in the country, usually,” said Keer
