Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the people responsible for an armed robbery of a Chesapeake jewelry store.

According to the the FBI’s Norfolk Field Office, two men are suspected of robbing a store in Greenbrier Mall around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 9.

The FBI said surveillance video shows the two suspects entering the mall through a department store entrance within a few moments of each other. The first person covered his face with a large white cloth, while the second was wearing a medical mask.

Additional surveillance video , released on Thursday, shows the men enter the mall’s New York Jewelers store and hold up four victims at gunpoint, including two U.S. Postal Service letter carriers. The suspects took “a large amount of gold jewelry,” the FBI said, along wit
