CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A Cape Girardeau neighborhood may experience lower than usual water pressure after a water main break.
According to the city, a 16-inch main feeder line broke in the 1000 block of Bertling on Wednesday, November 5.
They said water is flowing to the northern part of the city through smaller pipes. This is causing the lower pressure.
Alliance Water said they are testing the water near the broken pipe and the results should be back on Friday.
The area is isolated from the rest of the water system so they have not issued any advisories.
