PHILADELPHIA — The Eagles returned to the practice field Thursday following a 10-day break that included their Week 9 bye and started preparations for their Monday night game against the Packers in Green Bay.
They knew ahead of time that they’d be joined by some new faces after general manager Howie Roseman added edge rusher Jaelan Phillips and cornerbacks Michael Carter II and Jaire Alexander before Tuesday’s trade deadline.
They also, however, got additional reinforcements from the list of injured players who were unable to play in their Week 8 win over the Giants.
