Liz Karina Lizana Morales, 38, and Juan Manuel Curi Lizana, 18, were each charged with one count of first-degree assault – serious bodily injury with a deadly weapon; and one count of first-degree burglary – assault or menace, according to online court records.
Lizana Morales’s second son is a minor and details about his arrest and identifying information were not available, according to city of Longmont spokesperson Rogelio Mares.
The man who was attacked told police that Lizana Morales and her two sons entered his unlocked apartment without permission before one son, Curi Lizana, reportedly stabbed the man in the back multiple times, sending the man to the hospital, the affidavit states.
