INDIANAPOLIS — A.J. Foyt Racing has announced its long-awaited replacement for David Malukas, who left the team following the conclusion of the 2025 IndyCar season to replace Will Power at Team Penske.
The Speedway-based team announced Nov. 6 that Indy NXT runner-up Caio Collet will drive the No. 4 Chevrolet in all 17 IndyCar races in 2026 with full-time backing from Brazilian logistics company Combitrans Amazonia.
"Caio is a welcome addition to AJ Foyt Racing. He has shown great potential in Indy NXT by Firestone and in the junior formulas in Europe," team president Larry Foyt said.
