Final Destination: Bloodlines filmmakers Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein are one of the breakout success stories of 2025 after that film earned strong reviews and became the top grossing installment in the once doormant franchise.
Nearly six months after its release, the duo have zeroed in on a new project to direct, and are in talks to helm Long Lost , The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
The project is set up at Universal with Amblin Entertainment producing, based on the short story by Colin Bannon. Sources have described the film as What Lies Beneath meets Rosemary’s Baby .
Universal has no comment.
