AMHERST — Central American Rosalina Cañas beamed in the sunshine outside the Emily Dickinson Museum as she spoke in Spanish about how her grandson, Dennys, enjoyed participating in the multimedia art and poetry installation that’s running here through Dec. 21.
“He was fascinated with each moment,” said Cañas, through an interpreter, about the film “I Am Out with Lanterns, Looking for Myself,” a community collage of interviews with more than 70 people who answered questions about the poet’s legacy and read a poem of their choosing.
