Waste district board members question access to financial records amidst staffing woes

Waste district board members have questions about the organization's financial records amid the organization's ongoing turmoil.

The Rutland County Solid Waste District Board of Supervisors met Wednesday. Supervisor Lisa Miser, who represents Proctor, said she's been to several meetings and has yet to see the 2025 budget.
