Parents, local leaders react to CMSD plan to close, merge dozens of schools

Local leaders, parents and the Cleveland Teachers Union are reacting to the introduction of the CMSD "Building Brighter Futures" plan, revealed Wednesday night by Cleveland Metropolitan School District CEO Dr. Warren Morgan.
