As the 5 p.m. ET deadline for teams to extend their impending free agents qualifying offers on Thursday came and passed, 13 players received the one-year, $22.05-million offer, according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
To be eligible to receive a qualifying offer, an impending free agent must not have previously received the offer and have spent the entirety of the 2025 season with the same team.
Players will now have until 4 p.m. ET on Nov. 18 to accept or decline the offers. If they decline and proceed to sign with a new team, their former club will receive a compensation pick in the 2025 MLB Draft.
The 13 players to receive the offer are:
