Former Stockton Mayor Kevin Lincoln is switching districts for his Congressional campaign after California voters approved a gerrymandered map by passing Proposition 50.
Lincoln, who was previously running in the 9th district, announced Thursday that he will challenge Rep. Adam Gray (D–Merced) in District 13.
Flashback: Stockton voters supported Lincoln, a Republican, in 2020 as they ousted Michael Tubbs as the city’s mayor. • Lincoln did not run for reelection last year, instead opting to run for Congress against Rep.
