PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- At least 23 cars parked on campus at St. Joseph's University were vandalized this week, causing thousands of dollars' worth of damage.
Some of the cars have trash bags taped to their passenger windows, while others have broken glass scattered on their seats and shards encrusted in the doors.
Most of the vehicles were either parked in Hawk's Landing Parking Garage or the adjacent lot in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia.
Students are frustrated.
"It was all over my seat, it was all over the ground," said Bailey Foller-Moll, a sophomore.
She says she found her car in the garage with the window busted out on Wednesday night and quickly learned she wasn't alone.
"All the cars adjacent to me were all broken into as well," she said.
