SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - High cirrus are feathered across the sky with a weak cold front sliding through Georgia and South Carolina. High pressure will build in for the weekend. A strong cold front will cross the region Sunday night bringing our first freeze of the season away from the beaches.
It’ll be 69° at our 5:30pm sunset, and it may be colorful if those clouds linger.
Daybreak Friday: Shallow to deep ground fog will likely develop early Friday morning . 54/79 and a mostly sunny day.
Saturday: 60/80 mostly sunny, 20% chance of rain
Sunday: 64/82, mix of sun and clouds, 20% chance of rain
The aforementioned strong cold front will dive through the southeast Sunday night.
Monday: 44/56 sunny and gusty northwest winds gusting 20-25mph through the day.
