A second person has been arrested for a Jan. 6 shooting in South Toledo that killed one man and wounded another, Toledo police announced Thursday afternoon.

Amari Estis, 17, was arrested by city officers and federal marshals and charged with delinquency for murder for the death of Derrick Rogers, 18, who was found in a parking lot in the 3300 block of Arlington Avenue by officers responding to a shots-fired call about 9:30 p.m., police said.

Officers responding to the scene had also encountered a vehicle driven erratically by Jayden Bush, 20, who had also been shot. He was taken to nearby University of Toledo Medical Center.
