The operator of a foster home is charged with sexually assaulting a teenage boy.

Eugene Jennings, 56, of Mount Holly, was in Rutland County criminal court Thursday on felony charges of sexual assault — no consent, and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child, as well as misdemeanor charges of providing indecent material to a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and dispensing marijuana to a person younger than 21 years of age.
