SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Scottsdale police say an arrest has been made days after a teen boy was shot at a Halloween Party nearly two weeks ago.
Officers said a 17-year-old boy was arrested on Wednesday and booked on aggravated assault and weapons charges.
Authorities said the teen suspect, who was not identified, shot another boy in the shoulder on Oct. 26 . The victim was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Scottsdale PD said the shooting happened around 12:30 a.m in a a gated community, near Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway , after reports of a large Halloween party. While en route, police received reports that a partygoer had been shot.
