Rachel Brosnahan is stepping behind the camera for her next project.

On Thursday (November 6), it was announced that the 35-year-old Emmy-winning actress will be making her feature directorial debut with a new documentary exploring the life and legacy of her late aunt, fashion icon Kate Spade .

According to Deadline , the project will be produced by Rachel ’s production banner Scrap Paper Pictures, Fisher Stevens ’ Highly Flammable, and Connor Schell ’s Words + Pictures.

“Rachel is a remarkably talented storyteller and she has the most personal of connections to Kate Spade’s powerful story,” Connor Schell shared in a statement. “We are thrilled to be working with her as she directs her first film.”
