ANN ARBOR, MI - Emergency services were called to a downtown Ann Arbor courtroom shortly after the mother of a 21-year-old man was found guilty of first-degree murder.
James Lee Trussell’s mother had a breathing issue, prompting emergency responders to arrive at the courtroom, shortly after the verdict for her son was read aloud. She was ultimately taken out of the courtroom in a wheelchair.
