LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas State Police said a man is facing multiple charges after a deadly incident on Interstate 30 in October.
ASP officials said 20-year-old Jose Solano Rodriguez of Little Rock is facing two charges of first-degree murder, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and felony fleeing after an Oct. 29 pursuit that left a 17-year-old and 16-year-old dead.
On Oct. 29 at around 10:15 p.m., troopers tried to pull over Rodriguez after he was allegedly driving on I-30 near mile-marker 133 at high speed.
State police said Rodriguez exited at Geyer Springs Road and allegedly fled, driving at more than 100 miles per hour while nearly hitting other cars.
